Tempura Crab Bowls🦀

Ingredients (4 bowls):

- 1 cup panko bread crumbs

- 2 packets of 90-second microwave jasmine rice

- 1 cucumber chopped

- 1 package (680g) imitation crab flakes

- 8T Teriyaki sauce

Ingredients for Avocado Mix:

- 1 large avocado

- 1-2T lemon juice

- 1tsp soy sauce

Instructions:

1. Pan fry the panko bread over medium heat on a large nonstick skillet until slightly browned.

2. Microwave the rice and chop up the cucumber into small pieces.

3. Cut and peel the avocado, and place it into a small bowl. Mash the avocado, lemon juice, and soy sauce together until well combined.

4. Divide all ingredients between 4 bowls or prep containers. Store in the refrigerator throughout the week!
