Recipe: (makes 23 cookies)
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
(I used Betty Crockers Super Moist Strawberry Cake mix)
- 2 eggs
- 1/3-1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 bag of Nestles Premier White Chocolate Chips
For Sugar coating:
- Granulated White Sugar
- Powdered Sugar
Steps:
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Mix cake mix, Eggs, Oil in a bowl (If too liquidy add a few tablespoons of flour to thicken them up!)
3. Fold in White chocolate chips
4. Take 1 tbsp of dough and roll it into sugar and then roll into powdered sugar place on cookie sheet
5. Continue sugar coating process
6. Bake for 12-14 minutes!
