Pork n bean cornbread casserole 😋 Tonight’s dinner was cheap, toddler approved, and came together so fast! I’ll have the recipe below ⬇️
Ingredients:
- 2 can pork n beans in tomato sauce
- 6 hot dogs
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
- half a yellow onion, diced
- shredded cheese
- sage, honey, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, nutmeg
Instructions:
- preheat oven to 400°F
- mix cornbread according to package, add sage and honey.
- chop your hot dogs and onion.
- add beans, hot dogs, onion and other seasonings to an 8X8 baking dish, mix well
- add cornbread mix on top (do not stir together)
- add cheese to top and bake for 25-35 minutes.
