Magnesium QUALITY Matters!!! Here’s Why:

Magnesium is a popular supplement that people often take at night. Magnesium can be found in foods like spinach and chocolate; however, so many people are deficient in it!

But not just any magnesium supplement will do. You must make sure that your supplement includes multiple strains of magnesium. There are at least 11 different types of magnesium. Some types are more easily absorbed by the body than others. If you take a supplement that contains many forms, it'll be more effective and beneficial and will help you get enough! Just look at the ingredients on the label and check that you see several different names of magnesium.

Don't waste your time by buying a magnesium supplement that only contains one form. I did this by mistake and it did nothing for me!

... Read moreMagnesium plays a crucial role in various bodily functions, including nerve and muscle function, bone health, and energy production. It's important to understand the different types of magnesium supplements available on the market. Many popular products contain only one or two strains, limiting their effectiveness. For optimal absorption, look for supplements that include multiple magnesium forms, such as magnesium citrate, glycinate, and malate. These diverse types not only offer better bioavailability but also cater to varying body needs. Understanding the right magnesium for your health can lead to better sleep, improved muscle recovery, and increased energy levels. Remember to read the labels carefully before purchasing! Also, consider dietary sources of magnesium, such as green leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Incorporating these foods into your diet can help mitigate magnesium deficiency and should be part of an overall wellness routine. If you notice symptoms like muscle cramps, fatigue, or insomnia, it may be worth assessing your magnesium intake to ensure your body is receiving enough from both diet and supplementation.
