... Read moreWhen I think about happiness in my own life, it’s often during moments when I feel completely relaxed and at ease with myself. It’s that state of comfort and safety where anxiety feels minimal and you have a strong sense of control over your emotions and environment. This rare calmness allows contentment to naturally arise, without the need for constant striving or distractions. Personally, I've found that learning to intentionally let go of stressors and resisting the urge to always be busy is key to inviting that peace. Sitting still, whether through meditation, quiet reflection, or simply enjoying a calm moment in nature, helps me reconnect with what truly matters. It centers my thoughts and reduces the noise that can cloud happiness. Incorporating daily practices such as mindfulness, deep breathing, or journaling has supported me in managing anxiety levels. These small habits have a cumulative effect, creating a safe space inside where I feel comfortable and in control, which ultimately cultivates genuine contentment. Embracing the idea that life is good, despite its ups and downs, shifts the focus toward gratitude and acceptance. When peace is the priority, it becomes easier to let go of the tension and resist the chaos of external circumstances. This mindset helps me stay grounded and find joy even in simple moments, making happiness a more accessible and sustainable experience.

What made me walk straight into this restaurant? The elevated hawker vibe, the super clean and inviting look, and—honestly—the screaming amount of food on display. Bowls starting at SGD1.90 and unlimited porridge or rice for SGD1? That alone made me grab a tray! Self-serve style pa! It brought b

Hellooo to whomever is reading this. Its been a while since I’ve been able to sit and write - and to say that it took me 3 whole months, lengthy days of de-motivation to finally accept the trade-offs of the life I had, versus the life I wanted for myself and the impact I wanted to see. Foll
