Plus, when you make it at home, you control all the ingredients, avoiding unwanted additives, sugars, and preservatives. It's a fantastic way to boost your healthy fat intake without sacrificing flavor. Beyond just being healthy, the beauty of homemade avocado mayo lies in its simple, wholesome ingredients.
