I struggled, cried, felt I was crazy, stupid, unlovable and unwanted. I was so wrong!

Going through tough times often makes us feel isolated and unworthy, but these moments are crucial milestones in personal growth. When I reflect on my own journey, I realize the importance of acknowledging every feeling—be it pain, confusion, or self-doubt. This honest acceptance allowed me to begin healing. One thing that really helped was changing my internal dialogue. Instead of labeling myself as 'crazy' or 'unlovable,' I started to remind myself that I was human and facing challenges like many others. Finding small affirmations and surrounding myself with supportive people made a significant difference. Additionally, I embraced journaling to track my emotions, which provided clarity and insight over time. Writing down my thoughts helped me to see patterns and gradually replace negative beliefs with empowering truths. Remember, the process of becoming a proud, strong woman isn’t about perfection—it’s about resilience. Every tear and every struggle contributed to the strength I have today.
