Voilà un livre que j’aurais aimé recevoir en 1999 lors de ma première grossesse😅
Une tranche de vie bien racontée d’une maman vivant sa première grossesse jusqu’à l’après accouchement durant la période de COVID!
Contente de lire que mes ressentis n’étaient pas lié à mon syndrome de mère indigne, je suis contente de savoir que 26ans plus tard, 3 grossesses à mon actif que je suis pas la seule vivant ce bordel😅😅😅
Beaucoup de choses j’aurais fait autrement, comme porter des couches pour mieux absorber le lochie ( forme d’incontinence après l’accouchement par voie vaginale )
Mes débats sur l’allaitement qui a eu raison de moi à ma dernière grossesse et tous les autres questionnement pour Mieux vivre avec bébé.
On livre à offrir aux nouvelles mamans, je pourrais même dire aux nouveaux parents, car l’adaptation du père est aussi bien bordélique 😅😅😅
