🍄🥩Smothered Crockpot Porkchops 🥩😋

This was a fun recipe and super easy! The trick is making sure you sear your porkchops for a few seconds before throwing in the crockpot and using all that goodness with beef broth. Now I don't measure unless I'm following one person's recipe; this was a mix of all the ones I've seen, so just season till ya think it's enough for yourself but don't over season now.

-1 can of cream of chicken

- 1 1/2 can of cream of mushroom (you don't need the extra 1/2 I just like it)

-Mushrooms (i used shiitake)

-Whole white onion

-Garlic clove (I used three chopped up in the mix and one clove on the porkchops)

-Smoked Paprika (I'm sure regular is fine I just love the smoke taste)

-Rosemary & Thyme

- Salt & Pepper (heavy on the pepper side😋)

-Beef Broth

-Whole stick of butter

×Put the meat on the bottom of the crockpot then the toppings. Mix the toppings together and place stick of butter in middle.

×Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 6 hours. Longer and slower the better, but don't overcook it ✨️

what would you do differently?👀 Please do give tips 🙏
