10 "Bedtime Journal" questions trick the brain into thinking good things. 🌙💤

💡, you know...That we can trick our brains into focusing on the good things of the day, even if the day is bad. It's called the Peak End Rule, which says that our brains remember two moments that day before we fall asleep.

1️⃣ the highest story of the day.

2️⃣ The last story will end the day.

Our feelings, emotions, experiences may change according to these two events. This rule is sometimes applied to advertising, marketing, music, making movies with Killing Parts and Ending that are both the saddest, the funniest, the most amazing, and the most impressive. And the person who takes these things will feel that they are really stressed from these two parts.

The point is...In life, we often reuse it negatively. 😰 is that we look at the things we are most distressed about, making the end of the day depressed until the next day. We know the Peak End Rule from Pyramid 3 Happiness, which just says is a book that tells us the origin of happiness in detail. So the Peak End Rule that we share today can be used to deceive the brain into thinking about the good things of the day, even if the day is a little distressed.

The activity that deceives the brain to close the day well before closing your eyes. It is "changing focus" and diverting attention to the happiness we find. It's okay if you can't imagine it right away. Because today we will invite Reflect. With Bedtime Journal, dig out the happiness and create Output by writing the Journal. Try to answer one by one. If you write and get sleepy, sleep. If you hold your hand or play social media again, the good feelings or the mass of happiness we create will be distorted.

And here are 10 Prompt Bedtime Journals. Let's answer the questions along the way.

1. What makes me happiest today?

2. Write yourself the most proud to have accomplished it today.

3. Who, what, or what I want to thank you for today

4. If you only have to choose one moment from today, which moment will I choose?

5. I want to wake up tomorrow and find something good first.

6. What small things have we done for others today?

7. What makes today different from other days?

8. If there is a song that tells the story of today, which song will it be?

9. What do I thank myself for today?

10. If one day is series one, what do I want the ending to spread?

Hopefully this way will help everyone see the hidden little happiness, forget the suffering that was thought to be bigger than us, and sleep with the good stories that we can think of before bed. 💕
