Okay so I am not one to often eat vegetarian but this meal was so quick and delicious I will definitely repeat this one! I always have a hard time with keeping up with meal prepping meat, it takes so long to thaw, cut, cook, and weigh out but this recipe was so easy I just had to open two cans!
