Sheet Pan Lasagna
I won't hold yall long let's get into it!
this is a very forgiving recipe so add and take away easily step 1 Brown your ground beef and Italian sausage I used about 1lb each add your seasonings I used Italian seasoning,garlic and herb seasoning,celery salt,salt,pepper,diced onions,diced green peppers, I drained my meat add a jar of pasta sauce a little sugar yesss sugar 😉 let simmer set aside. I only had oven ready noodles but I did break them up and boil them a little bit just to speed up the process. then you take the sauce mix it in with the noodles add a cup of mozzarella cheese and a little parmesan cheese to the mixture set aside. Take ricotta cheese one egg some Italian seasoning chop up some spinach I did not chop mine but I prefer the bagged fresh spinach I just added a big handful mix up the ricotta set aside..take your meat and noodles mixture pour on the sheet Pan spread it out add parmesan and mozzarella cheese to the top then you take a spoon and drop spoonfuls of the mixture on top of the lasagna no need to spread them out bake at 350 until the ricotta is done#lazylasagna #easyrecipes #lasagnarecipe #sheetpanmeals
