1 cup chickpeas (240g, cooked & drained)

1 egg (1 large)

2 tosp cocoa powder (15g)

2 tosp honey or maple syrup (30g)

1/2 tsp baking powder (2g)

Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)

🔸Method

Blend chickpeas until smooth

Add egg, cocoa, honey, baking powder → blend again Pour into a small rectangular mold

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-25 minutes
