The Pasta Salad Everyone Loved
Low-effort, high-vibe pasta salad
Made this for our office potluck and it disappeared… fast.
Fresh veggies, tri-color rotini, and a little flavor boost in the pasta water, simple ingredients, elevated taste.

Cook the rotini according to the package, adding onion and garlic powder to the boiling water. 2. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to stop the cooking. 3. Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and parsley. 4. Pour in the dressing, start with half, then add more to taste. 5. Fold in feta if using. 6. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
