rub a few drops of peppermint oil on your temples and forehead for headache relief. use a carrier oil if your skin is sensitive, i personally just rub a drop in between my fingers and rub directly on. wash hands thoroughly after and dont touch your eyes with it, it will burn if you do. i lear
