I need this so bad right now. I feel heavy and tired all time. My weight is fluctuating a lot lately and I'm tired of putting off my workouts because I feel drained.

*no alcohol

*no added sugars

*no bread(turkey burger will be wrapped in lettuce)

I'll go grocery shopping Sunday and prep most of it so that the day of i can just throw it together.

as for recipes I have some in mind but I will probably alter them, so I'll post exactly how I made it after I make it.
