Day Three: detox!!! 🫶
Y'all, I've reached 3 days!!!!
I had a slight headache this morning but I had my tea and I didn't notice when it went away.
another thing...I was suppose to eat my omelet on the second day but i read my plan wrong😒. Somehow I always manage to do my plans wrong. 😆 🤷🏾♀️ Here on out I'll get it right 🙃.
🍋 Lemon tea: half a lemon and lemon ginger tea bag with 6 Oz water
🍳 Spinach omelet: frozen spinach (didnt measure)(sautéed and seasoned with chili powder, garlic and onion powder, ground sage.) 1/3 cup egg whites or more seasoned with salt and pepper (not my favorite taste wise but not nasty)
🍲 chicken lentil soup(makes 2 servings): 1/2 cup Lentils soaked for a couple hours, sautéed 1large celery stalk, 2 med carrots, half a small onion, minced garlic, handful of chopped kale & rosemary in about 2tbsp olive oil.
-saute until onions are translucent. Add in the lentils and low sodium broth or water until it's just about the ingredients.
-add seasoning like tumeric and ginger sage, thyme ,salt and pepper. stir being it to a boil then let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
-Add cooked diced chicken breast and let it simmer for another 20 minutes. 🥰 eat a 1.5 cup for a serving.
🍠 Chicken and sweet potato: season the chicken breast using minimal salt and other herbs & spices, bake at 375 until juices run clear. bake your medium sweet potato at the same temp until soft. Season potato with cinnamon and maple syrup. only eat 6 Oz of cooked chicken
