Part 1 of Glute Building Series. Exercises can be done at home or at the gym.

There's multiple ways to grow your glutes but these are the MVP's. Part 2 on the way. Yes, you can still grow your glutes at home and with limited workout equipment.

3 Exercises That Help Glute Growth:

✅ Dumbbell Swing: 4 x 16

✅ RDL: 8-12 Reps × 4 Sets

✅ Split Squat: 8-12 Reps × 4 Sets

✅ Step Up: 8-12 Reps × 4 Sets

📝 Reps can vary depending on the weight &

The key to glute growth:

✅ Consistency: At least 3-4 times a week

✅ Increase Your Protein Intake & stop being afraid of carbs (make the carbs complex)

✅ Glute warm up/activation exercises
