How much does the word sacrifice need to be fixed??

🖤 in every health system crisis.

The nurse is the cog that keeps everything going.

But when that crisis... happened to the nurses themselves,

No one stopped asking

Where should the system be fixed?

We can produce nurses.

But also leave one.

Carrying an overload on one carpool

Patient care

Must start with care of the caregiver.

We lost a nurse on a late-night flight... because of a lack of people or because of the system?

News of the nurse's death while on late-night duty.

Shouldn't be ended with the words "condolences."

Because the question that society should continue to ask is

Why do people who act to take care of other people's lives?

To risk his life while working

Many people might think

"There are a lot of nurses in our country, producing every year."

But in the corner of the nurse in front of the job,

The question is not just how many nurses we produce.

But is

Where are those nurses?

Work in what condition

And how much burden does one bear on one carpool?

On some nights,

One nurse had to take care of dozens of beds of patients.

Along with receiving new patients, solving emergencies, giving them medication, monitoring symptoms.

All this... in a hospital where beds are almost never available.

Tiredness is therefore not weakness.

Rather, it is the result of a long-accumulated working structure.

This post is not blaming anyone.

It's about inviting society to look deeper than one sad news.

📌 Thailand has a large number of nursing institutions.

📌 There are nearly two hundred thousand nurses in the system.

📌, but most nurses are concentrated in some areas.

📌, while public hospitals in many districts have to operate under high bed occupancy rates.

📌 and a workload beyond human strength.

The question is therefore not.

"Why don't nurses be patient?"

But is

What is this system for nurses to carry?

Nurse Short Note will show you the real information

How many nurses do Thailand produce from?

How many nurses are in the system?

And how heavy is the workload of front nurses compared to the number of people there?

To make this loss.

Not just sadness.

But it's the beginning of a question that should have been born a long time ago.
