🤍 How I Felt: I have tried things from vitamins, sleep, heavy meals and all! It seems my body is going to do what it wants which is why I had to scroll to find a full body pic of myself 😝.

🤍 My Takeaways: I have learned to love myself for who I naturally am and to improve what I know I can.
