Salads for a quick and healthy meal.
My to go has been this.
-Spring Mix (any lettuce of your choice).
-4oz of grilled chicken (my portion).
-Cucumbers (any veggies of your choice).
-Sliced almonds.
-Feta cheese.
-Craisins.
-Dressing of your choice. I used a sesame based dressing.
