I’ve been making sourdough for a minute now and I love it!! This is the recipe I use: 362.5 g warm water 125g sourdough starter 12 salt 500g bread flour (T65) 🍞 mix everything together 🍞 let sit for one hour 🍞 4 sets of stretch and folds/ coil and folds @ 30 min intervals 🍞 bulk ferme
