Completing the 21 Day Challenge

I did it! I completed the 21 diary challenge and I feel good about it.

I’m not really here to see those numbers go up but I wanted to give a realistic view of my growth in the past few weeks seeing posts of girls saying “I grew my 🍋8 overnight” and like all you have to do is be yourself and be real.

Im already getting ideas of what I can do as a health coach on this platform so im getting excited.
