What both of my kids ate in a day: Spring break
So usually I just post my 18 month olds meals because I can get him to eat different stuff.
My 6 year old is more picky so his meals are very basic.
But he is on spring break this week so I will be sharing both of their meals!

Fig Apple bar
*Vitmains for my older one*

Spring break is a perfect time to introduce fun and nutritious meal ideas for your little ones. When planning meals, consider creative options that cater to a toddler's evolving palate while satisfying picky eaters. Breakfast can be an adventure; try infused pancakes or yogurt parfaits loaded with fruits. Classic lunch options like grilled cheese can be jazzed up with different breads or accompanying sides like carrot sticks and hummus. For dinner, experiment with varied quesadilla fillings using beans, spinach, or even sweet potatoes to sneak in vegetables. Additionally, involve your kids in meal prep to increase their interest in trying new foods. Use simple yet engaging techniques such as creating funny food shapes or colorful plates. Suggestions for snacks include fruit kabobs or homemade energy bites to keep energy levels up throughout the day. Embrace the challenge of picky eating; it's about striking a balance between nutrition and enjoyment, ensuring each meal is a delightful experience. Happy cooking!

I had picky eaters at that age. It does get better!
