Food for a postpartum mom friend 🫶
This is now something I do whenever someone close to me has a baby. Easy, ready to grab food and snacks is a postpartum MUST!
There is something so comforting about soup no matter the temperature outside. I made this with bone broth for a little extra nutrition.
The peppers and potatoes are a great one sheet pan meal that is also able to be frozen for a busy night.
Breakfast burritos are such a great grab and go food as well. Mornings with kids are crazy and something you can grab and heat up is perfect. Plus these can be frozen for later too!
Nothing is complete without a sweet treat and oats are great for breastfeeding mamas.
