... Read moreMy 3-week adventure across Canada was truly unforgettable, and I'm still reliving every moment! When planning a trip to Canada, especially if you have a few weeks, there's so much diverse beauty to explore. It's amazing how much you can pack in, from bustling cityscapes to serene mountain views, creating a personal photo gallery of incredible experiences.
Starting in Toronto was a dream. The city skyline, with the iconic CN Tower piercing the clouds, is just breathtaking – I spent ages just looking at it! One of the absolute highlights was going to my first ever baseball game. The atmosphere inside the stadium, with the city lights twinkling and the CN Tower visible in the background, was absolutely electric. You really feel the energy of Toronto there. Afterwards, I even managed a quick photoshoot at 'The Well, Toronto,' which has such cool, modern architecture – perfect for capturing some stylish snaps.
Exploring different neighborhoods was also key. Kensington Market was a vibrant explosion of culture, unique shops, and street art. It's definitely a must-visit for a leisurely afternoon stroll and some fantastic people-watching. Every corner offered a new visual treat.
Of course, no trip to this region would be complete without a visit to Canada's Wonderland in Vaughan, Ontario. The entrance sign itself is so grand, and once inside, it's pure fun! The rides are incredible, but honestly, the poutine stood out just as much – it was absolutely YUMMMM! Such a classic Canadian treat you have to try, especially after all that excitement.
Beyond the city buzz, I also ventured out to places like Blue Mountain Resort. Riding the ski lift and seeing the village, lakes, and forests spread out below was incredibly serene, even in summer. And yes, I even tried my hand at a driving range – let's just say I definitely missed a few shots, but it was hilarious! There were also plenty of moments for relaxation, like propping my feet up on a patio chair, enjoying an e-reader with a good book (currently reading "Part of your world by Abby Jimenez"), and just soaking in the beautiful views after all the exploring.
If you're planning your own Canada trip, I highly recommend mixing city exploration with some outdoor adventures. Three weeks felt like a good amount of time to get a taste of everything, but honestly, I could have stayed longer! Every corner offered a new photo opportunity and a new memory to cherish. It truly was an epic collection of experiences, and I can't wait to go back!
