Another supplement is NOT the answer!!! ✋ It may be easy to think a supplement will be the answer to your symptoms. Nowadays, I feel the majority of people just want quick fixes, and I hate to say it but it won’t work. & sure some “hormone balancing” supplements MIGHT help short term.
