Brownie Cheesecake Double Choco


✓ Ingredients:

👉 For the brownie:

- 200 grams of dark chocolate

- 120 grams of butter

- 150 g of sugar

- 2 eggs

- 80 g of flour

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 c. at vanilla extract coffee

- Chocolate chips to top

👉 For the cheesecake layer:

- 200 grams of fresh Philadelphia cheese

- 1 œuf

- 50 g of sugar

- 1 c. at vanilla extract coffee

✓✓ Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and top a square mold (20x20 cm).

2. Preparing the brownie:

- Melt the chocolate and butter together.

- Add sugar, then eggs one by one.

- Add vanilla, then flour and salt.

- Pour half of the batter in the mold.

3. Preparing the cheesecake layer:

- Whip fresh cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla until smooth consistency.

- Spread this preparation on the brownie base.

4. Add the rest of the brownie batter on top (spoon in spoon and spread gently).

5. Chocolate Chip Parsemerel.

6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

The center needs to be taken but still fluffy. Let cool then refrigerate at least 1 hour
