• Salt and black pepper, to taste

• Chopped green onions and fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions :

1. Cook the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high. Add chicken pieces and sauté until golden and cooked through. Season with salt and black pepper as they cook.

2. Stir-Fry the Veggies:

Add red, yellow, and green bell peppers, plus the minced garlic. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the peppers begin to soften but still have a bit of crunch.

3. Add Sauce:
