Occasion & Servings:
Ingredient 1 & Portion: 1 Cup of Jasmine Rice
Ingredient 2 & Portion: 1 1/2 Cup of Broccoli
Ingredient 3: WILD CAUGHT Salmon
Ingredient 4: Salt
Ingredient 5: Pepper
Ingredient 6: Honey
Ingredient 7: Soy Sauce
Ingredient 8: Garlic
Ingredient 9: Sriracha sauce
Ingredient 10: sesame seed oil
Detailed Steps:
Salmon 🐟
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Get out a cooking tray and put parchment on it
3. Clean the salmon & pat dry
4. Put salmon on the cooking tray and season
5. Add lightly Olive Oil, Salt, Garlic, and Pepper
* butter is a good substitute for olive oil too *
6. Let sit till oven is preheated then put in oven
* Cook for 10 to 15 minutes *
Rice 🍚
7. Put one cup of jasmine rice to your rice cooker
8. Add a pinch of salt, and garlic powder to the rice (optional)
9. Do the finger trick when adding water
10. Add to rice cooker and let cook
Sautéed broccoli 🥦
11. Preheat a pan on the stove a low to medium heat
12. Clean your baby broccoli’s (dry extremely well)
13. Add to a bowl and toss broccoli in olive oil, salt, pepper, and diced garlic (eye ball seasoning measurements)
14. Add the broccoli to the preheated pan and stir frequently.
*I like my broccoli crunchy so I don’t cook it for too long*
15. Cook in pan for minimum, 6 to 8 minutes
16. Plate when done
The salmon glaze:
17. Get a sauce pan or the smallest frying pan you have
18. Preheat pan to low heat
19. Once preheated add: Soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, honey, chopped garlic, and red pepper flakes ( optional)
(Eye ball measurements, to desired flavor)
20. Stir for 2 minutes and then drizzle on top of salmon
21. Add a 5 to 6 drops of sesame oil on top of salmon (don’t cook sesame oil)
Finally!!
22. Plate your food and enjoy
