It’s important to acknowledge that simply moving around the house counts as meaningful activity, and every bit contributes to overall health. Allowing yourself grace instead of strict perfection helps sustain long-term wellness habits during Ramadan. Hydration is a crucial concern during fasting. Drinking ample water during non-fasting hours and monitoring signs of dryness, like a parched throat, helps maintain stamina and muscle function during workouts. Light strength training a few times a week combined with daily walking keeps the body active without causing excessive fatigue. If you’re feeling alone in your fasting and fitness journey, connecting with others through social media or community forums can provide support and motivation.
