Ep # 1: Creamy Shrimp Ramen

Servings: 2 to 3

- 3 ramen noodles (without seasoning)

- 1/2 pound of shrimp, shelled and deveined

- Seasonings of choice

- Oil

- Scallions (for garnishing)

Sauce:

- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- 2 to 3 garlic cloves

- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

- 1 tablespoon sriracha

- 1/4 cup light heavy cream

- 1/4 cup parmesan

- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Directions:

1. Start by cooking the noodles in boiling water. Season shrimp to your liking.

2. In a hot pan, add some oil. Cook shrimp until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same pan, add all the sauce ingredients, mix well, and let it simmer for 2 to 4 minutes.

4. Add the cooked noodles back into the sauce. Mix well until completely coated.

5. Can either add the shrimp back in or serve on the side (like I did). Serve immediately with fresh scallions, enjoy!
