- 3 whole kesar mangos, peeled, seeded, and diced

- 2 cups plain non fat yogurt

- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 cup crushed ice

- 4 tablespoons sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

- Dash of cinnamon

Directions:

1. In a blender, combine mangos, yogurt, milk, ice, sugar, cardamom powder, and cinnamon.
