Hungry often because?
🧠 Why the more fat... the more hungry?
Many people suspect that
"Eat a lot until you have fat. Should you be less hungry?"
But the truth is, the fatter some people are, the more hungry they are.
Because our body has a hormone called leptin.
The function is to signal to the brain that
👉 "It's full. That's enough."
Normally, the more fat this hormone should be.
The brain should order to eat less.
But when fat accumulates for a long time
The brain may start "not listening to this signal."
It's called leptin resistance.
The result is... both a lot of energy left.
The brain thinks it's not enough.
So I ordered to be hungry often, wanting to eat fussy, especially dessert and stuff.
Finally, it is a cycle.
Hungry → Eating → Fat → Hungry for another 😥
The good news is it's solvable. ✨
Start by gradually adjusting the food.
Reduce sweet. Reduce flour more than necessary.
Increase protein, vegetables and exercise regularly.
Continuous. The body slowly returns to balance.
Less hungry and sustained fat loss. 💛
