Recovery acne on the back of the PCOS version 🌸

Whoever has acne invaded his back until he doesn't dare to wear the back show shirt here! 😭

Share the experience from a good PCOS person. The acne on the back invades without cause (and we also like sheep to scratch). After trying to scrub the cream for a long time, it can be found that you have to fix it on the spot, until now the skin has improved a lot!

✨ Step 1: Remove Bacteria

This legendary item that everyone needs to know, "Asepso Soap," helps with acne in the back! 🧼

• Feelings: The smell may be a little hard and the skin will dry a little tight because they focus on killing the bacteria that cause acne.

✨ Step 2: Non-Clog Hydrating (Very Important!)

When using dry skin soap, we have to apply cream, but heavy creams tend to clog acne even more!

• Secret Trick: We switched to "gel lotion" (as in the picture, Vaseline Gluta-Hya), which is very light, very sensitive, does not leave any gooseness on the back, moisturizing skin, but does not clog up. This point is very life-changing!

💖 Results:

Even now, it's not 100% (because the hands are still secretly sheep 😅), but the redness and acne inflammation have decreased a lot. The skin looks smoother and clearer. Anyone who has tried many ways and has not recovered. Try the "wash with soap + nourish with gel" method!

📍 Coordinates: Seven or a typical department store. It's easy to buy and the price is good for the heart.

• Exfoliating: During acne inflammation, please "refrain from exfoliating" because it will be even more irritating. Wait for the acne to dry before exfoliating.

• Cleanliness: Don't forget to change towels often and wash your hair before rubbing so that the shampoo will not residue on your back.
