Grounding 👣 Natural Therapy Techniques
Grounding 👣 Natural Therapy Techniques
Grounding or Earthing (Barefoot Earth Exposure) is a natural therapy technique that is being talked about a lot in the rejuvenating and chronic inflammatory groups. For rheumatoid people, Grounding has positive effects on the cellular level as follows.
1.Quench the "free radicals" that cause arthritis.
The rheumatoid body has very high free radicals, which are positively charged and consume joint cells, and the earth has a huge negative charge.
When the bare feet touch the ground, electrons from Earth flow into the body and go amphibious (Neutralize), the positive charge that causes inflammation.
Simple comparison: Our bodies are burning and the ground is the "faucet" that extinguishes the fire.
2. Reduce blood viscosity
Research has shown that Grounding increases the negative charge on the skin of the erythrocytes, causing the blood cells to not clump together. Blood will flow more fluently.
For rheumatoid, blood flow means nutrients and oxygen can be used to restore joints more quickly and waste products can be excreted faster.
3. Balance the "life clock" and sleep.
Touching the earth helps normalize the hormone cortisol.
Rheumatoid people often get a lot of pain at night or in the morning. Grounding helps to get deeper sleep, which is when the body secretes the growth hormone to repair damaged joints.
4. Reduce stress and pain
Grounding stimulates the parasympatetic nervous system (resting and repairing mode), relaxing the body. When the heart is not stressed, the muscles around the joints that have been tensed because of pain will also relieve.
💡 Ann Brother Style Grounding Tips:
✅ walking barefoot on grass or soil: 15-30 minutes a day (choose a clean and safe area)
✅ do it in the morning: Get a little sun with you to add vitamin D, which is much needed for bones and joints.
❤️🔥 concentration: Practice deep breathing while walking is a recombination of the nervous system.
