3. Add coconut milk and stir.

4. Bring to the frame of thin white cloth or 1-2 rounds of frequent eye colander to make the texture smooth.

5. Set a steamer to make the water boil. Wait.

6. Pour the Sangkha mixture into the pumpkin (do not be full. Leave the edges for 1 cm). Cover the pumpkin lid.

7. Steamed with a light light. Steamed for 45-60 minutes (ripeness depends on pumpkin size).

* Tip. Every 10-15 minutes, open the pot lid to cool off and continue steaming.

8. Use a toothpick to see if not stick = ripe

9. Lift down to rest completely cool first.
