Sushi bake= fun food
— Salmon seasoned as you please baked at 375 for about 25 minutes you can also air fry for 10 minutes for crispiness
Sticky rice (I used 3 cups water, 2 cups rice, a tablespoon of rice vinegar, a teaspoon of sesame oil, salt to taste.
Cook for about 20 minutes until Cooked to your liking.
Seaweed strips.
Salmon crumbled on rice with sesame seeds and crumbled seaweed (optional)
We use the seaweed to grab it like sushi
