Salmon & Crab Sushi Bake ✨

Sushi, but make it baked — salmon, lump crab, and all the flavor. Just grab a nori sheet and dive in! 😍😍

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cooked rice

• 2 halved cooked salmon

• 1 cup lump crab meat

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• 1/2 cup Japanese mayo (plus extra for drizzling)

• 1 tbsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)

• Salt & Pepper to taste

• 1 tsp Garlic Powder & Onion Powder, each

For assembling:

• 1 package roasted seaweed sheets

• 1 tbsp furikake seasoning

• Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse the rice until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions. Once done, spread the rice in a baking dish.

2. Season your salmon with garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper. Air fry at 400F for 10 minutes.

3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked salmon, lump crab meat, cream cheese, Japanese mayo, and Sriracha sauce. Mix until well combined.

4. To the rice, add a layer of seaweed. Spread the salmon and crab mixture evenly over the layer of seaweed.

5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.

6. Drizzle with extra Japanese mayo and a bit more Sriracha, then sprinkle furikake, green onions, and sesame seeds on top.

7. Scoop a portion onto a sheet of nori, wrap it up, and enjoy like a sushi taco!
