CARDIO ROUTINE FOR FAT LOSS

I have been in a mini cut for a few a months, not a crazy deficit but just a slight deficit where I am seeing major body recomp and this is my current cardio routine!

Stairmaster 20 minutes 5x/week after lifts and heart rate is 140+
