RESTAURANT TIPS TO LOSE FAT

Here are some helpful tips when eating out that can keep you on track for fat loss goals:

1. Stick to whole foods and focus on protein.

2. Red sauces over creamy sauces. Cream based sauces tend to be high in fat which makes these sauces extremely calorie dense. Red sauces tend to be made from veggies and are lower in calories.

3. "eat the veggies and leave the carbs" - eat a serving of veggies whether thats a salad at the beginning of the meal or a side of veggies with your protein. This will help on fiber intake and will create more volume.

4. If you get a dessert share it with the table instead of individual! You can eat desert, just keep it in moderation. When you share dessert it allows you to yes have dessert but not binge.
