My Favorite Ways to Manage Stress 🧘‍♀️💆‍♀️

Stress isn’t always loud—sometimes it’s the silent reason you feel stuck, exhausted, or inflamed.

Here are the small but powerful habits I’ve built to actually manage my stress (not just pretend it’s not there):

📵 No phone for 30 minutes after waking

🧖‍♀️ Sauna 3-4x/week to reset + recover

🚶‍♀️ Lifting + low intensity movement daily

🫖 Ashwagandha or magnesium tea at night

📓 Quick daily journal/mind dump

💧 Hydration + eating enough (even on busy days)

I do them because I know what happens when I don’t.

Burnout. Brain fog. Bloating.

Stress will show up one way or another… I’d rather meet it on purpose.
