It’s been a while since I’ve been here.
Lately, I’ve been choosing peace over pressure, privacy over explanation, and growth over proving anything to anyone. This break has given me the space to reflect, heal, and focus on what truly matters.
Some of you may notice a few changes, including that I no longer wear a hijab. Life is a journey, and I’m learning to embrace mine one step at a time with an open heart.
I also realized that not everything needs to be shared as it’s happening. Sometimes protecting your energy and moving in silence is the best thing you can do for yourself.
I’m not fully back yet, but I wanted to pop in and say thank you to those who have checked on me, supported me, and continued to show love from afar.
Still growing. Still learning. Still becoming. And just in case anyone was wondering… I’m still the queen I am. 👑😂✨
See you when I’m ready. ✌️
Taking a step back from social expectations and digital noise can be incredibly liberating. From my own experience, choosing peace and privacy over constant explanation has allowed me to reconnect with what truly matters. It’s tempting to share every part of our journey publicly, but sometimes preserving your mental and emotional energy by moving in silence leads to deeper healing and growth. Change can be challenging, especially when it touches a core part of identity like wearing a hijab. I've found that embracing such changes with an open heart—without rushing or feeling pressured to explain immediately—creates a space for genuine self-discovery. Growth isn't linear; it's a process of learning, unlearning, and becoming more aligned with oneself. One important lesson I’ve learned is that you don’t owe the world constant updates about your life. Protecting your energy by choosing when and how to share your story can be a powerful form of self-care. To anyone on a similar journey, remember: Your worth and essence remain, even when external changes occur. You are still the queen of your own story, evolving and shining in your own time.
