Easy Dinner - Soup Dumpling Bowl

Soup dumplings… but make it a full dinner 😋

This is one of those meals that feels like takeout but comes together so easily at home. Cozy, fresh, a little spicy, and perfect if you’re in a combo bite mood 🙌🏻

Here’s how to time it so everything’s ready together:

Start your white rice first.

While that cooks, chop your salad… thinly sliced iceberg, cucumber, red pepper, green onion, and carrot.

Add the lettuce to a bowl and season it with a pinch of salt and ground white pepper. Toss it. This step matters… seasoning in layers applies to salads too 😋

Add the rest of the veggies.

When your rice is almost done, cook the soup dumplings according to the package… they cook fast.

While those cook, finish the salad:

Drizzle in toasted sesame oil, a splash of low sodium soy sauce, a little rice wine vinegar, and sriracha if you want some heat. Toss, taste, adjust.

Top with sesame seeds if you’d like.

To serve:

Rice on the bottom, soup dumplings on top.

Finish with chili crisp, sriracha if you’d like, and sliced green onion.

Salad on the side… or go all in and make it a combo bite situation 😋
