oh my gosh, today I went to bj’s and got an 18 pack of Oikos, 15 grams of protein, for $13.50 which is VERY cheap considering they go for 4.69 for a 4 pack at my target.

I’m on a little yogurt kick and eating a lot of protein lately.

BTW solid white canned tuna is 28 grams of protein for 120 calories??? AWESOME GIVE ME MORE and out a little taco sauce on top to take away some of the flavor? BETTER THAN IMAGINED
