ผมอยากเล่าประสบการณ์เพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับร้านหัวปลาเมียพารวยครับ ครั้งแรกที่มาร้านนี้ ผมเตรียมใจไว้แล้วว่าจะต้องเจอความวุ่นวายและรอคิวนานเพราะเห็นคนแน่นร้านมาก แต่พอได้ลิ้มรสหัวปลาหม้อไฟต้มยำจริง ๆ ผมกลับเต็มอิ่มกับความสดของปลาอินทรีที่หั่นชิ้นใหญ่มากจนรู้สึกได้ถึงความทะเลแท้ ๆ แถมน้ำซุปยังรสจัดจ้าน เผ็ดเปรี้ยวอย่างพอดีไม่ฉุนเกินไป กลิ่นเครื่องสมุนไพรชัดเจน ไม่เหมือนต้มยำทั่วไปเลยครับ และไม่ได้มีแค่หัวปลาอย่างเดียว เมนูอื่น ๆ ที่ลองอย่างเนื้อปลากะพงลวกจิ้มก็สดหวาน กินกับน้ำจิ้มรสเด็ดช่วยเพิ่มความหลากหลายของรสชาติ หรือจะเป็นผัดฉ่าปลาเก๋าที่หอมเครื่องแกงและพริกสดจัดว่าเด็ดจริง ๆ ช่วยเบรครสชาติน้ำซุปได้ดีมาก ผักน้ำมันหอยที่สั่งมากินแกล้มก็สด กรอบและหวานกำลังดี เรียกได้ว่าเป็นประสบการณ์กินที่ครบเครื่องสมบูรณ์แบบ แม้ร้านจะดูคึกคักและวุ่นวายไปหน่อย แต่พนักงานก็ช่วยเติมเต็มความประทับใจด้วยความใจดีและแนะนำเมนูได้ตรงใจ อีกทั้งอาหารเสิร์ฟเร็วมากจนลืมหงุดหงิดเรื่องรอคิวไปเลย ผมเห็นว่าร้านนี้เป็นตัวเลือกดี ๆ สำหรับคนที่ชอบกินหัวปลาและต้มยำแบบจัดจ้าน แต่อย่าลืมไปเร็ว ๆ หน่อยเพราะคิวยาวจริง ๆ ครับ
