The BMA, together with the Thai Red Cross, invited donations of southern flood aid, opened 52 points throughout the city - pointed out coordinates, town halls, swing poles, ready to receive 24 hours.
Bangkok Permanent Secretary Nong Thongsri revealed that Bangkok, together with the Thai Red Cross, is open to donate essential items to help the victims of the southern floods. 52 donation points are set up throughout Bangkok. The main point at the Bangkok City Hall (swing pole) is open 24 hours a day. The donation points at the Bangkok City Hall 2 (Din Dang) and at all 50 district offices will be open daily from 08.00 to 4pm. The donated items in Bangkok will be delivered to the Thai Red Cross to continue to help the victims.
"Invite the people of Greater Bangkok to donate the still scarce items such as bedding, sleeping pads, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, living necessities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, towels, flashlights, clothes, sanitary nappies, diapers, baby milk powder, milk box, rice, dry food, semi-finished food, etc., at the donation point of Bangkok from now on.
