100 movies while doing housework

It is ideal to watch a movie in a movie theater and immerse yourself in it, but in reality you can go to the movie theater at most once a month.
However, I learned that the people I interact with on SNS watch over 100 movies a year.
I want to see it too!

In 2025, I decided to watch 100 movies while watching.

When the housework is over, stop even a good scene

I think it's a bad way of looking at it, and I don't think it's better to concentrate on the big screen.
However, rather than sticking to the format and becoming zero, enjoy it in a way that you can do now.
I thought that it was not a quota to decide the number of "watching 100 movies..."
The story that I could not meet unless I decided on 100 books changed the time of housework to something rich.
If you wait for the perfect environment to be set up, you can't do it for the rest of your life.
Even if it's not ideal, it's okay to enjoy it in a way that suits you now.

私も家事の合間に映画を見る「ながら見」を始めてから、毎日の時間がもっと充実するようになりました。 最初は『ながら見』が中途半端で物語を追いきれないのではないかと心配でしたが、実際は逆でした。例えば料理をしているときは集中できないシーンもありますが、家事が終わったタイミングで一時停止し、あとでゆっくり好きなシーンを繰り返すことができます。この自由度が意外とストレスを感じさせず、むしろ自分のペースで映画を楽しめるメリットになっています。 また、スマホの小さい画面でも映像や音声は十分楽しめ、片耳イヤホンの選択も家族と会話をしながら視聴できるので無理なく習慣化できました。私の場合、毎日の洗濯物を干す時間や食器洗いの時間を有効活用し、気になるジャンルや監督の映画をリスト化。これにより飽きずに続けられています。 さらに、100本の目標を立てることで、「次はどんな映画に出会えるだろう？」という期待感が生まれ、家事のマンネリ化を防ぐ効果もありました。完璧な環境を待たず、自分の生活スタイルに合わせて映画を楽しむこの方法は、忙しい方や子育て中の方にもおすすめです。 映画館で没頭鑑賞する良さは変わらないものの、家事中に映画を楽しむ工夫は、新しいエンターテイメントの形として日常に潤いをもたらします。皆さんもぜひ、自分の時間を活用して映画の世界へ飛び込んでみてください。
