Not thin because the body likes to vest✨
"Not skinny because the body likes to vest (fat-trapping body) - not stubborn, just protecting!"
Not because the body is stubborn, but because it "traps fat" to protect itself!
The metabolic system does not function fully, or the greater the reduction of food, will cause the body to enter a "survival mode."
Causes that cause the body to contain fat
1️⃣ High cortisol hormone levels (too stressful!)
When we put pressure on ourselves, stress, or sleep well, the body secretes cortisol, causing more fat to accumulate, especially in the belly.
2️⃣ The metabolic system runs slowly (because of fasting).
When the body feels "scarce," it begins to go into "store energy" mode and store fat for later use.
3️⃣ Not enough sleep (or not enough rest)
Less sleep or not deep sleep slows down the metabolic system, and causes the body to store fat in the form of accumulated fat.
4️⃣ eat white polished flour, high sugar (eat dessert too often)
Sugar and white flour cause insulin levels to soar. Fat storage occurs and causes more appetite.
5️⃣ lack of exercise or not enough exercise.
Excessive or insufficient exercise causes the metabolic system to become inactive, thus retaining fat.
6️⃣ dehydrated body (lack of adequate drinking water)
When the body is dehydrated, the metabolic system is not fully functional and begins to store fat for emergency use.
7️⃣ Use of certain drugs (e.g. contraceptives, pressure-reducing drugs)
Some drugs cause hormone levels to change and cause the body to store fat as a response.
💚 How to help the body stop clutching fat:
✅ Get enough sleep for 7-8 hours. 🛏️
✅ Reduce stress by practicing concentration or deep breathing. 🧘♀️
✅. Move your body daily. Increase regular exercise.
✅ Fill the gut with probiotic (Yogurt kimchi kombucha) 🦠
✅ Drink 2 or more liters of water a day. 💧
✅ Eat foods high in protein and fiber. Reduce sugar.
💖 Understand the body = sustained skinny, not self-torture. 🌸
