This challenge is designed to help you transform not just physically, but also mentally, by building consistent, healthy habits. Unlike some other super intense challenges, the 'Medium' version feels a bit more sustainable, which I love. I've broken down the daily rules and some practical tips I'll be using to tackle them. This guide will clarify everything you need to know to succeed! Here are the core 75 day medium rules I'll be following to reach my goals by March 17th, 2025: 1. Daily Workouts: The challenge specifies daily workouts. For me, this means getting active every single day. I'm planning to mix it up with strength training a few times a week, some cardio like running or cycling, and maybe even some yoga for flexibility and recovery. The key here is consistency, not necessarily crushing yourself with extreme workouts daily. Even a brisk walk counts if you're just starting out! The goal is to move your body and make it a non-negotiable part of your routine. 2. Clean Eating: This rule is all about fueling your body with nutritious foods. For me, 'clean eating' means focusing on whole, unprocessed foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats. I'll be cutting out processed snacks, sugary drinks, and excessive junk food. Meal prepping on Sundays usually helps me stay on track throughout the week, ensuring I always have healthy options ready to go. It's not about strict diets, but making mindful, healthy choices most of the time. 3. 2 Liters of Water Daily: Hydration is crucial! Drinking at least 2 liters of water every day helps with everything from energy levels to skin health and digestion. My tip for this is to keep a large water bottle with me at all times and set reminders on my phone. Infusing water with lemon or cucumber can also make it more enjoyable. This is one of those daily rules that seems simple but makes a huge difference. 4. Weekly Progress Tracking: To stay motivated, I'll be tracking my progress weekly. This could involve taking progress photos, measuring my waist or arms, tracking my moods, or noting down how I feel physically and mentally. It's not just about the numbers on the scale, but observing overall changes and celebrating small victories. Seeing how far I've come will keep me going for the full 75 days medium challenge. 5. Read 10 Pages Daily: This is fantastic for mental growth! I'm planning to read 10 pages of a non-fiction book every day. It could be something for personal development, a new skill, or even just for general knowledge. This helps to cultivate a learning habit and gives my mind a positive focus outside of physical challenges. It's a great way to unwind before bed, too. 6. 8-10 Hours of Sleep: Recovery is just as important as the workouts. Getting 8-10 hours of quality sleep each night will be a priority for me. This means sticking to a consistent sleep schedule, creating a relaxing bedtime routine, and putting away screens an hour before bed. Adequate sleep helps muscle recovery, boosts energy, and improves mood – essential for sustaining the 75 medium day challenge. 7. Daily Essential Supplements: The challenge also mentions taking daily essential supplements. For me, this means ensuring I'm getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals that might be missing from my diet. I always recommend consulting with a healthcare professional to determine what supplements are right for you. Common choices might include a good multivitamin, Vitamin D, or Omega-3s, but everyone's needs are different. This 75 Day Medium Challenge is all about consistency, discipline, and building a foundation for a healthier lifestyle.
